I used my Banjo Cooker for the first time recently. I used the 120qt aluminum pot and filled it about 1/2 full of water. In less than 25 min we were at a full boil. It never stoped boiling as we added food. By the time the corn wnet in (last item) the pot was completly full. The food was ready in 20 minutes and we had a feast. Great cooker!!
