Use this 35" wooden paddle to stir the pot, pull out the a few crawfish to check the spice level during the soak, or lug the full basket to the table without burning your hands.
Editor's Note:I've used one of these everytime I've cooked crawfish. Probably because my Dad always used one and that is all I know. At the very least, it will be a good weapon if you need to fight your way to the table after the last batch.
